Julia Petters

Instrument: Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone, and Voice

     Julia holds a BS in Music Education from West Chester University. She has been teaching privately for 7 years and has been with Beam's Studios for 2 years. Previously she taught music in Abington and Phoenixville school districts.
     She has performed in a wide variety of musical ensembles at West Chester University and in the South Jersey Wind Ensemble. Currently, she is performing in the Jubilate Deo Chorale and Orchestra. Julia likes to use the standard method books to develop a solid foundation of reading music and correcting playing techniques. As the student advances, the repertoire is expanded to suit the student’s needs and musical desires. Lessons are structured with a relaxing and fun environment.
